Wellness Café and new recovery College courses in Donegal

An Grianan Theatre Letterkenny was packed to capacity for the joint launch of the first Wellness Café in Donegal and the Innovation Recovery Colleges’ new Autumn/Winter prospectus. The Recovery College prospectus provides people in the North West with the opportunity to learn new skills in their journey of mental health recovery. 3 Community Engagement Events to be held in Cavan, Derry/Londonderry and Newry The Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) health services partnership has secured funding from the EU’s INTERREG VA programme to support a large-scale cross border mental health recovery project within Northern Ireland and the border region of Ireland. The 4 year cross border Innovation Recovery project will deliver mental health education in order to support people to better understand and manage their mental health. The project is establishing cross border Hubs in the following 3 areas of Derry-Donegal; Fermanagh-Cavan-Monaghan-Sligo-Leitrim; and Belfast-Armagh-Newry-Dundalk.
