Applied Medical Leadership in Adversity

April 2018 – The ‘Applied Medical Leadership in Adversity’ workshop was organised to facilitate the development of leadership in adversity, specifically focusing on supporting the Cross border organizational culture and approach to the ‘wicked’ environment of contemporary healthcare.

The overall aim of this programme was to share learning and help to deliver the creation of conducive leadership behaviours across the healthcare community.  The programme offered a positive approach with the aim of assisting senior staff members towards constructive outcomes for the future and breaking down ‘silo’ working cultures.
