The Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) cross border Obesity Prevention project held a consultation event in Armagh recently to engage with stakeholders.  In June 2009, CAWT, the cross border health services partnership, was awarded European Union INTERREG IVA funding of £788,000 (€985,000 euros) to deliver the Obesity project across the border region of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
